Our standard MOQ is 2,000 pieces for metal parts. However, we can run pilot lots of 500–1,000 pieces to validate processes before scaling to full production volume.

Q2: How do you handle engineering change orders (ECOs) during a large batch?
We operate with a flexible CAM database. Minor ECOs are implemented within 48 hours. For major revisions, we re-quote and re-qualify first articles at no extra cost for existing long-term clients.

Q3: Do you offer secondary services like anodizing, plating, or heat treatment?
Yes. We have in-house passivation and partner with NADCAP-approved suppliers for anodizing, electroless nickel plating, and vacuum heat treatment—all with 100% traceability and certificates.

Typical lead time is 10–14 working days after material release. For steel or titanium, it extends to 18–20 days. Expediting options are available for urgent programs.
